Non-Urgent Repairs
Faulty appliances, leaking taps and other maintenance issues can be frustrating but if you live in one of our fully-managed properties then it's our job to get these sorted for you. To report your non-urgent issues then please use our reporting tab below and we’ll be in touch shortly.
Out-of-Hours Emergency
If something is causing immediate damage to your property or significantly impacting on your ability to live in the property and we are closed then please use our emergency hotline to report your issue: 07720678121.
In the event of fire call 999 immediately or if you can smell gas then call National Grid on 0800 111 999.
